Social / Zoho Workflow

Social images start in Google Drive Desktop, then get copied into this Firebase Hosting project under social. After Firebase Hosting is deployed, Zoho can use direct image URLs from https://nspyre.co/social/....

Source Folders

Google Drive Desktop source paths are saved locally in social/source-paths.txt. That note is ignored during hosting deploys.

Next Steps

  1. Open the review CSV and confirm dates, times, captions, file names, and media URLs.
  2. Upload the newest XLSX from zoho/ready into Zoho Social bulk scheduler.
  3. When new images are added to Drive, run tools/import-social-images.ps1 to copy only new files.
  4. Regenerate or update the Zoho XLSX when new planner rows are ready.
  5. Deploy Firebase Hosting before uploading to Zoho so new media URLs are public.
